Control your inner dialogs - use words like:

I Am

Listen to your self talk - Is in line with what you want?

2. Visualization

See a mental picture of what you want, use emotion, put the law of attraction into motion, remember everything is energy, it the level of energy you are vibrating that will bring you want you want.

See and Feel yourself being unstoppable.

3. Positive Mental Food

You become what you think about all the time
Where are you going?

Feed your mind with positive mental thought.

Throughout the day, ask yourself
"what am I thinking now?"
"Is it in line with what I want?"

4. Positive People

Surround yourself with positive people and get yourself
focused.
Go where they are. Remember ONE good contact can change your life.

5. Positive Training Development

Read personal development/self improvement material for at least 30mins every day.

Listen to CD's/MP3/tapes for 50mins every day.

Take courses, attend seminars, learn everything

6. Positive Health Habits

Choose healthy habits only - Get consistent.
Walk, cycle, run, skip, workout or whatever you do.
Do it everyday. Do it consistently

Keep moving

7. Positive Action

Get going, Get busy.
The faster you move, the more energy you have.

Say to yourself everyday, "Just do it now"
and then take massive action.

Use these 7 steps everyday and see massive changes in your life and your business
